Hi!

Hoping someone can help me with this. I have downloaded this program a couple of times.

I have unzipped it which presents me with three files - the downloader, a readme (with really no info) and a file called "ffmpeg".

I tried simply opening the downloader - it appears to work -but once the file downloads 100% i get a meassage stating :

"ffmpeg.exe - application failed to start because cygwin1.dll was not found. Re-installing may fix this problem"

I've re - installed a few times with no luck.

Post this error in the forum too, you will get more responses. Looking at the error message, I would say you are missing a codec pack. Try install a codec pack (also available for download from our site) and see if that help solve your problem.
