If you have problems installing the AMV Convert Tool
or the MTV Convert Tool
, you can try following these steps to see if this helps solve your problem.
Delete all your TEMP
files. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<<your_logon_username>>\Local Settings\Temp and remove all the files in there.
Try running setup.exe again and see if it works. If not:
Try redownloading it from our website again, save it to a DIFFERENT locatio
n, maybe just the root of C:\drive and extract it into a folder in the root of C:\drive. Try running the setup.exe from there and see what happens......
If that doesn't work:
With Windows XP and Windows 2000, create another user account
. Give that new user account full admin rights. Try installing it while logged in with the newly created admin account and see what happens? It might be a profiles problem.
