How did you pay for the product?

If it's through a credit card, try asking for a cash back from the purchase.

If it's through PayPal, you can file a dispute. 

Either way, I bet if you do that, you'll get a quick reply from them I'm sure! 

What did you buy and what did you end up getting in the end just out of curosity?
