Tool used to convert videos to MTV video for larger screen players which only supports .MTV video format.
This is a different one from the much older MP3 Player Utilities that conver to .MTV.
It might also work with MP4 Watch players that support .MTV video as well.
This is the version that produces MTV files that are almost readable by VLC media player.
On MTV files encoded with MTV Video Converter v1.11.4 AVICODEC reports:
Audio : 304 KB, 64 Kbps, 44100 Hz, 1 channels, 0x50 = Mpeg-1 audio Layer 2 (MP2), , , Supported
