RockChip Like iTouch, Blank White Screen!!! HELP PLEASE!

Hi,
I ordered a rockchip mp4 player that looks like an itouch. I turn it on, or plug it into my computer, but all that shows up is a blank white screen. The usb port works, theres just no picture! (Blank white screen). PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

Thanks for the reply. I already found that forum and it didnt work out to well. My main problem is, is that i cant get my rockchip into recovery mode. Do you know how i can do that?

Hi,
Thanks so much for that link to get the firmware. Theres only one problem; I dont know how to check what the numbers, that you have to search for. For example, i cant find AK1025. I opened up the player, but i just cant find any numbers similar to those. Can you help me find the correct firmware?

Have you tried the reset button hole?

You may have to resort to hard recovery,

Hello. I also have a similar MP4 player with same problem - blanc screen and thats all. Anyone can help?
