your devices, mine foston fs-66 was DELETED, this exactly, firmware was not replaced, it erases the flash and not replace nothing, I had some work to recover my player, the guy that invented this program is a clown, he must have done college for e-mail or is an engineer of deep of well-taken care of yard..., they do not fall in this, they run away... is cold!!!!! Shocked

It kills your devices because when you click "Download" it FLASHES your player with the firmware file that is inside the \product\recover folder of the program. There is a 3.5.05 firmware there and it is flashed to your player when you click "Download"!!! Click Import Firmware and you will see what i mean.

So to everyone who still thinks it's so, this is not a firmware extractor but a tool used to recover dead players WHEN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT FULL FIRMWARE.

Hope that cleared it up for you.

I like how all of you flip out when it wipes your player after you didn't read the help file or back up your original firmware. Read the f***ing instructions.
