my mp4 rockchip player says error file format

i already put convert but a black screen comes out . where do i find the video after i convert it?

on the drop down menu for "presets" at the top select one of the ready made setting for your player type, you can select a generic rockchip one for 320 x 240 setting, this has all the setting preset for you
