Please help me. When I plug the mp3 player into my computer, an E-drive folder opens. I followed the directions and opened my mp3 players' music file (on the actual device) but when I did that, its screen poped up saying "empty disk." I tried with record and it created a record file on my computer in the E-file, which I figure it is supposed to do with the music folder, however, it will only do what I told you. please help me! thank you.

aviary17 , so you are trying to say that when you try to play mp3 files which are already copied into your player, you get an error on your player? Does it happen for all the mp3 files? How large capacity is your player?

It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.

aviary17 , i'll suggest that you format your player using MP3 Utilities Disk Tools, guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-removing-memory-hack-vt2400.html

Seems that your player is showing symptoms of hacked memory.
