I have the same player as you. But norton found a Trojan and killed it. I only see a blue screen. My pc recognizes as USB but only 1Go and not 4 Go like before the crash. Do have an idea for solution? Could you mail me your firmware? spacegv at hotmail .com Thank you so much for your help!
