Please can somebody tell me to get the correct firmware for this model, as I have a similar player which plays music and fm but the screen is not working. It only displays a white screen.

I've got similar in silver, any word on the firmware, I wiped mine accidently. The chip says samsung 643 k9lag08uom

I've got the same player bought about a year ago, but mine's assistant, and my brother have same model, but his's Xtone ))))))))))
