Having been invoved in the themeing community for many years it is generally frowned upon to use another artists work without first getting their permission to do so and giving them full credit for the original work.
The original artwork is by rights the interllectual property of it's creator and every respect should be shown for his hard work so I would have to agree with "milad" on this one.
Hopefully the problem can be sorted out without removing the skin but I would suggest that "heure h" contact "milad" to settle the matter.
