I ordered a glacier player 2gb on november 19 with insurance.The item was sold out so they say they shipped on november 30. Item was released according to hong kong post on december 17th on it's way to chile.
I have tried to contact
uxcell SEVERAL times but I'm getting no response, both from
uxcell's tracking page,
info@uxcell.com and
orders@uxcell.com
I used insurance with the order and I contacted hong kong post. They say the seller must deal with them, I can't do anything.
Help!
