I need help finding full firmware (I think)

my screen is white, and my player shows up as removable disc g
or a usb mass storage device in the device manager.

It is supposed to be a 4 GB mp3/4 player

4GB MP4 MP3 New Generation recorder player silver

The numbers I got were

AK1025
7I002AB OIJ
ATJ209X/ACU75XX/ATJ2063

and then
2007/02/18 ver:A
BO-15002
but when i look on the other side it says
2007/02/18 ver:A
BO-25002

and SAMSUNG 743
K9HBG08U1M
PCBO
FEI845P5

and I think the screen is
FPC018TSD23-20
QT SX VO1

it is also the 9.1.52

Can anyone please help me, I am trying and trying different things on my own, but i am afraid that i am going to mess it up more or break something.

thanks

Hi iretretrac.

Take a look at s1fw.com and see if you can find it there. Just do a search for your chipset type AK1025 and see if you can find a compatible firmware for your player.

Good luck with it.

There is a member called s1fw which might also be able to help you as well.

Thanks,
I have been doing trial and error for three days now, and my husband takes over when he gets home from work.

I am going out of town, and I am trying to fix it before tommorrow.
There are soooo many files, and i wasn't sure if I was looking for the right numbers.
