Same MP4 player I have (mine is the hot pink one). Same problem now as well. I tried uploading firmware version 9.0.48, which took me from getting the blue screen with the hourglass on it to a black screen. I am going to start all over again with the same firmware and see what happens. If it works, I will post both the firmware and dump.bin files that I used. If not, I will attempt to recover my player using a higher firmware version.

What is the problem? You don't have AdfuUpdate.inf and the ADFU driver? Or something else?

Does the computer detect the device at all? As U disk or ADFU device?

Check in Device Manager for "ADFU" or "Flash disk"

Obzdadon , your player is now being detected as a USB device, but you'll need to install ADFU in order to continue.

Refer to the Dead Player Recover guide, and install ADFUUpdate. http://www.mympxplayer.org/dead-player-recovery-guide-vt567.html

If you have problem installing ADFU from the system files in your computer, instead try the ADFU system files here http://www.mympxplayer.org/driver-adfuud-sys-files-df364.html

If successful, your player would be able to start accepting firmwares. Your possible firmware group would be the v9.0.xx series here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9xx-firmware-dc37.html

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
