Guz , i've not seen a .RFW extension before, so not sure what it does. i'll suggest that you try opening it with S1res and see if can be loaded, guide here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-modify-your-firmware-using-s1res-tool-vt206.html
You might need to rename the file extension to .FW to allow the S1res tool to open the file.

You might need to again rename the extension to .FW
