I made the backup of my firmware version 9.0.50 with the s1fwx, but it didn't work, when I will return the backup, of the reading error in my dump.bin.

flycode , the S1fwx firmware extraction tool only supports upto v9.0.43 at the moment. So what you have extracted previously was not the complete firmware dump file.
You'll just need to keep trying all the v9.0.xx series firmwares. Another alternative would be to contact your seller for an exchange if it is still under warranty.
