Hi everybody, i have a firmware for this model (ver. 9.1.52). I downloaded the driver from Japanese link with instructions for changing the firmware. So .... write me on e-mail: fynki.m@abv.bg and i will send you  After that please write me ....because i can't change the firmware on my player  Good luck   Good luck ! |

| i have this player in 8gb. how do you get video on it. every time i try to play it it says format error. it makes me so mad |

O, I forgot ... you have to download "mp3 player product tool 5.11"
and read the instructions
