either by searching the internet I found the official website of this type of mp4 players in pop-up chip anyka ak 3631 to find the information here modear for your mp4 including frimware updated and tested it works perfectly

to work has to be in recovery mode and this is achieved by pressing the Menu button on the time you activate your mp4  |
