HI

I have the similar player with 8Gb capacity.
its dead now. I cannot recover it.
can u tell me how can i make it work again? i donot have any backup of the same and no knowledge how u recover.

I have got the player to be recognized by the computer as Rock Chip 27 USb. but now i cannot install the firmware in it.

Kindly help.

You'll ne to get your Chip number and then to flash with a compatible firmware. Dont worry, a lot of people had the same problem like you, you'll find help here
