Hi new to this site... I formatted my player and now i just got a screen thats say usb disk ... I ned to find the firmware for it .. please help m was a b0day gift frm my husband and im lost on what to do to get it to work again... help me ... U can also email me th answer at daliza_bcc@yahoo.com

My player has a vertical screen but I uploaded a firmware that has horizontal buttons. Now i can olny scroll through all the buttons but unable to press enter because none of the buttons work. Now I have found the proper firmware that has vertical screen but How to remove the wrong firmware? I cant format the player as none of the buttons work. When I connect the player to computer it shows two removable disks but no firmware files.
Mp3 player utilities and mp3 product tools are unable to recognise the player. I am unable to find Mp4 player firmware upgrade tool either.

MR deeplyours :- try this ( press Menu(while connecting USB)>vol(quick press vol after release the menu)>backward>menu>forward )
u can format old frimwork but plez give us the firmwork u have here
