I suppose I should explain this file a little more, it's just a plain text file with a numeric sequence in a single line like this:

It's not a big deal to make as you can see, you just type the numbers in single line, and unless you have a huge screen you won't need to type more than the 30 I'm showing you here. Upload it to your player and open it with the e-book function (if it shows a nonsense of mixed characters change the codification in the "Save as..." dialog of notepad, ANSI usually works).
If everythings OK you'll see something like this

And this means the player's screen can show 14 characters per line, useful info when you're formatting the e-book for viewing in the player.
