I have just received my mp4 player from hong kong. I have not got a clue on how to put songs on it. my computer does not recognise it is connected. I am running windows xp - can anyone help me.

I have the same problem with the same type of player...!!! i am trying recover but at this moment i can't fix the problem. read the dead player topics on the forun. do you have the full firmware?? if you have please, can you send by e-mail??

I have the same player. It worked initially, and I uploaded songs simply by treating it like a flash drive - dragging and dropping in Windows Explorer.

PLEASE , I HAVE MP4 PLAYER LIKE THAT BUT IT IS SONY PLAYER

I ALREADY WROTE A COMMENT ABOUT MY PROBLEM

WHEN I AM TRYING TO UP GRADE IT I USED THIS ONE"Full version 1.8 inch LCD 9.0.43 (Sun Dec 10, 2006 7:58 am)"

but THE PLAYER STOPPED WORKING AND THE COMPUTER IS UNABLE TO READ IT

could any one help me please
