help me please ! after I update the firmware for my mp4, it doesn't response, the computer can't recognize the usb, I don't know what to do. Please help me ! I'm stuck

HELP A DRIAN N TATAD1 LAST NIGHT AFTER SOME SHUFFLING WITH THE mp3 player disk tool THE PLAYER'S MEMORY GOT REDUCED TO 983 MB FROM 2015 MB. I EVEN DID A LOW LEVEL FORMAT BUT THAT DIDNT HELP. PLEASE HELP.

I need a new or old firmware for this player. the old one is 9.0.48.
