can u send me your firmware backup file "dump.bin" repaired??
please i need it, i lost my player firmware, and havent the backup, and still cant find the exact firmware iver the forum, or any other place..........

| hello a repaired dump.bin file for me too plz. also tell me how do i retrieve my memory back.it is reduced frm 1 gb to 233 mb after partition and encryption. mine is a fake sony samelooking model. |

Hello,
Too all who have the same player with firmware version 9.0.48 or higher there is no way as of yet to get the firmware off and repaired. s1fwx will not retreive any firmware above 9.0.43. I have been in touch with the makers of s1fwx to amke it where it will but as of know if you have lost your firmware I'm sorry you are stuck. I know this cause I have 9.0.60 and was looking for a way to back mine up.
