hello!

by mistake I upgraded the firmware of my mp4 and now it no longer works .. the screen is shining but does not appear the menu .. Crying or Very sad

the problem is I dont have the original firmware (my mp4 does not come with CD) .. and I not found to download ..
the version of firmware is: xid 9112 10
Anybody know where can I find?

and i dont now where i find board id.. help? Rolling Eyes

Open it up and look for the board ID and CPU... also getting the part number of the display would be a good idea.

If we can't find an exact match your player is 'Glacier' type, there are many firmware collection for it.

i found board id and screen.. but not cpu.. =\

id board: QY-037FV0-M 2007.02.09
screen: xyxw029 081120-d

firmware: xid 9112 10 9.1.52

i found this firmware

but i try every 5 and not work..
i try restore firmware with mp3 player utilities 4.05, 4.18 and 4.19..

CPU part# is written on the small square IC, but not the one with 3767 on it.

You can search Internet for more QY-037 firmware to try.

in butons board i found: QY-037FVO-K 2007.02.09

i have some news... not as good as i like.. but good..

1 question before.. when i update for first time firmware on recover folder i found one firmware ($ACTSDK$.FW)..
this firmware is a backup of my mp4 before i update or this is a program file?

look..
i try some firmware and none had to do anything in mp4..
when i update with $ACTSDK$.FW the button play/pause/on/off function works normally.. i turn on player (screen only light but i cant see anything) and press >> and i found radio and can hear normally...

someone knows something what may happening with my player? or know how to teach me to fix it ? or the only way to fix it is testing another firmwares?

Display Drive is LCD right?

i hav 2 numbers..

the first work as a describe above (with $ACTSDK$.FW) screen not work too..
with others nothing works...
