I'm absolut shure the firmware is ok! It's the orginal firmware that came with the player.
But its very important that your player is exactly the same (Rockchip based, same screen resolution)! |

Hi Rainer,
please help me. Yes, the player is absolutly the same player. With the same technical datas and a boot screen with the "Lenan"-Logo. If I starts now the player you only see a white boot screen. Thats all. The Player was further detected by the PC. The mini SD Slot unfortunately not. Do you have the Firmware 0.0.2? I think the player would run, when I install the old Firmware. Greetings Michael |

Hello Rainer,
it doesn't work at the follwing device:
(description under XP pro)
PMP-2900
USB\VID_071B&PID_3202\5&1A3F51A3&0&2 (Class for rockusb devices / rockusb Device)
USB\VID_071B&PID_3203\USB1.00 (USB-Massenspeichergeraet)
After the Update the screen is blank, but the player works.
I hope it helps to fix the problem.
