My player has a vertical screen but I uploaded a firmware that has horizontal buttons. Now i can olny scroll through all the buttons but unable to press enter because none of the buttons work. Now I have found the proper firmware that has vertical screen but How to remove the wrong firmware? I cant format the player as none of the buttons work. When I connect the player to computer it shows two removable disks but no firmware files.
Mp3 player utilities and mp3 product tools are unable to recognise the player. I am unable to find Mp4 player firmware upgrade tool either.

Hi, Just Change the extention to .zip and it will work, for example i Downloaded it en it was a .pdf, y changed it an it worked fine

i had a dad mp4( just a blue screen )
ihave entered a wrong firmware in my mp4, so the picture now is vertical
and a can not enter to any application in the menu.
i need a help to make a new low level format to have two partitions to paste the correct firmware .

Saludos a todos los MPX adictos. Hace poco tuve un problema con mi reproductor MP4 Vertical con lcd de 2.4" 2GB y camara de 2MP, lo encendí y me pedia que pulsara una tecla para formatear la unidad, es decir, perdió la data de su FIRMWARE, por lo que terminé haciendo algunas busquedas en Internet llegando hasta aquí.
Para empezar el fabricante no lo tiene en la lista de modelos de su pagina principal, el modelo que poseo lo que quiere decir que fue una edicion limitada o con errores vendida en otras partes del mundo. Se parece mucho al vertical posteado aquí (si no es el mismo diría yo), de color rosado solo que el modelo que tengo es negro. Aqui les dejo un enlace para que vean la imagen del equipo:

Desafortunadamente, me sucedió lo mismo que a la mayoria en este foro; el colocar los firmwares subidos aquí con los procedimientos expuestos en esta página el equipo efectivamente inicializa su software pero con las configuraciones diferentes y la cámara queda inutilizada.
Realizado esto, decidi eliminar la información del reproductor MP4 y dejarlo tal cual como lo encontré al encenderlo. Tuve mucha suerte al conseguir a alguien que estaba comprando uno exactamente igual y me lo facilito justo despues de comprarlo por lo que pude lograr sacarle la informacion al equipo tal cual como vienen de fabrica.
PARA HACER LAS COSAS UN POCO MAS FÁCILES A QUIENES BUSCAN UN FIRMWARE ADECUADO, REALICÉ UNA COPIA DE LOS ARCHIVOS QUE TRAÍA UNO RECIEN SALIDITO DE LA CAJA, CON ESTE NO DEBERIAN TENER PROBLEMAS DE CÁMARA NI DE OPERACIÓN SALVO EL HECHO DE QUE CUANDO ENCIENDE DICE "PRECISION".
Este firmware vienen en 4 idiomas ESPAÑOL INGLES ITALIANO y por supuesto CHINO, les dejo el enlace:

Yo conseguí bajar el archivo y cuando yo copio para el mp5 y yo lo reinicio él no de la señal. ¿Hace él tiene algún formulario de ahorrar en el mp5? Cuando yo copiaré dentro del mp5 3 discos, uno que es la memoria dos más grande y otra, uno de 13mb y otro de 1mb aparece. ¿Qué hacen?

El procedimiento para copiar los archivos al mp4 es el mismo que se expone al comienzo de este foro, lo unico que estoy proporcionando es la imagen del reproductor y los archivos del firmware contenidos en el mismo, los cuales deben ser grabados en el reproductor con el mismo procedimiento.
Cualquier cosa escribes y estamos en contacto.

Mi ta del mp5 sin el firmwares.
Para acceder la manera de extraer el firmware yo hago a lo siguiente:
> Yo apago el mp5, pero yo salgo de la manera ON.
> Yo aprieto al MENU y PLAYER al mismo tiempo, aparecerá ese mensaje: key1.... Please press Power;
> Yo aprieto a PLAYER de nuevo. Otro mensaje aparecerá:
power.... wait....;
> Pronto después aparece ese mensaje:
insert usb line and press power key to uses usbdisk, press key1 to formattingusb disk;
> Yo conecto el usb del cable.
> Oh, yo aprieto a PLAYER.
Aparece tres discos, uno con 987 MB otros con 13,9 MB y uno con 1,9 MB.
Yo cojo el archiva y yo puse en el disco con 13,9 MB, pero no de la respuesta. Del mp5 que el mensaje: 'Loanding... '.
¿Yo hice algo extraviarse? ¿O usted puede explicar por completo a mí detalle los procedimientos? |

El procedimiento debe hacerse para el modelo que esta en la imagen, me llama la atencion que lo escribes como mp5 y lo que yo publique fue para un mp4. Por lo que te sugiero publicar alguna imagen de tu aparato para saber de que se trata y averiguar
El procedimiento en el caso del mp4 que publiqué yo, es sencillo:
1.- Se apaga el mp4 pero con el interruptor general encendido.
(turn off Mp4 player but keep main switch in ON state)
2.- con la tecla MENU presionada insetar el cable usb conectado al pc e inmediatamente soltar MENU y presiona la de VOL, al soltar la tecla, aparecera el mensaje que describistes y se debe presionar las teclas en la siguiente secuencia: IZQUIERDA(-), MUEU, DERECHA(+); en ese momento debera reconocer dos(2) unidades una con la capacidad total del mp4 y la otra que es la de sistema la cual debe poseer unos 16MB.
(keep MENU key pressed and insert USB cable in the mp4, then release menu and inmediatly press VOL key, then you can see a message that tell you format the unit, do not format unit and press the follow keys: left(-), MENU, Rigth(+), in this moment the PC will reconize 2 partitions )
3.- Copiar los archivos publicados aqui por mi, en la unidad de 16MB. Note que esta es la partición de sistema del mp4.
(copy the archives that is uploaded here by me in the 16MB partition, how you can see, this is the system partition of the mp4)

4.- Reiniciar el mp4 y listo.
(reboot yor mp4 and is over).

Mi caso es parecido al tuyo, tengo un mp4 arion muy parecido al d tu foto sino igual ;perdi mi firmware y no tenia disco de repuesto, instale los tuyos ya que coincide tanto el soft, hard y audio sin embargo algunas de mis teclas como la de la izquierda han quedado inutilizables  , no hay juegos,el interfaz es diferente, la camara no funciona, etc! si tuvieras algun comentario al respecto me seria de mucha utilidad.

He estado revisando con mucho detenimiento los modelos de mp4 que poseen camara y las funciones que tienen el modelo mio, y me he dado cuenta de que hay dos versiones de este modelo que se pueden definir desde su tamaño: el modelo de mp4 que yo poseo es una grande con pantalla de 2.4´ con camara de 2mp y 2GB de capacidad de memoria interna.
Hay otro modelo para este reproductor que es un poco mas pequeño y cuya versión es la que publican para el modelito que aparece en la primera foto que sale en este mismo foro, ese modelo es un poco mas pequeño que el mio, lo supe porque vi uno exactamente igual en estos dias en manos de un compañero de trabajo. Pero fisicamente si comparas la imagen de la foto de ese modelo con la foto mia parecieran los mismos pero no es así.
Mi sugerencia, sería probar con los otros firmware publicados en esta sección y tienes que estar seguro de que es un ANYKA, eso lo averiguas la primera vez que lo conectas a un pc cuando windows te dice lo que está detectando allí aparece que equipo es, y debe decirte que es un ANYKA. De resto no tengo mas sugerencias, la versión que publiqué aquí fue la que saqué de mi equipo nuevecito de paquete y es para un equipo de pantalla de 2.4´ con camara de 2MP. Habría que hacer la prueba.
Se que es mucho pedir pero si quieres envia una foto de tu reproductor a internet y publicas el enlace aquí para ver que puedo hacer por ti.

Anduvo perfecto, la unica diferencia es que no tiene los jueguitos.
