which program should i use for this file? is there any tutorial about how to fix this problem (fw stucks on start-up) thanks in advance.

Thanks for this upload, i finally got recover my mp4 (ATJ2091H, LCD 1,5" 9.0.48 4gb really 1gb memory ) with this. I used MP4 Player Utilities 4.13, but there is a problem always when i used the program to open this firmware it said "Reading file, about 396s to wait" so i was so nervious and i exit the program, dont do this, wait util the program open the firmware. So i did it in the next way: Without connecting mp4 turn off the Mp4 player utilites 4.13, wait 396s, then connect Mp4 ant press recover firmware. It´s all good luck.

Sorry i wrote "turn off" i wanted mean "turn on". one thing more, i tried beginning with mp4 connected and it worked too.

10x it's happend but now i have another porblem when i turn my player on it shows only white screen and nothing else?
please somebody help me Crying or Very sad
