I have AMV converter in utilities 4.03, there is no option for screen resolution 128x160. I can use 192x160 and flip anticlockwise 90degrees but I lose edges off the video. 128x128 has a border either side of the video. Any suggestions??

Bradders, 128x160 is not possible. The standard sizes are 160x120, 128x128, 128x96 and 94x64.
Although 4.03 has a setting for 160x120 it will onlyconvert to a minimum of 176x128 which will crash a 1.8 player.

there si no solution for this... not with 4.03. Try 4.00 or 3.57 for 160x120.

160x128 resolution is possible because my player came with videos at that resolution. the question is how did they convert those videos to 160x128?

Maybe you can change the sizes in AmvTransform.ini in the Program Files?

Which convert tool did you use to change the resolution to 128X160 12 fps. did you change anything in the amv transform configuration settings? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To play this file http://rapidshare.com/files/8139857/instructions.avi try to install K-Lite Codec Pack http://rapidshare.com/files/8585445/K-Lite_Codec_Pack_2.71_Full.exe

to change the resolution I use this converter http://rapidshare.com/files/88033062/amv_exp.rar (you can use any you want - no matter) and this tool http://rapidshare.com/files/88033370/super_tool.exe
In this clip http://rapidshare.com/files/88033168/instructions.avi you can see how to convert to any size or this http://rapidshare.com/files/88033319/instructions_2_fps.avi to any size with any fps
