Can't change V9.0.48 firmware using s1res

How change My theme, Im Have a iPod 4G Clone firmware V9.0.48
-Wen use S1res have problem exist other optiom for change my theme please............. Crying or Very sad

dama2425,

The main problem at the moment is that the s1fwx tool used to extract your player's firmware is not able to extract the 9.0.48 firmware completely. This I think is causing problems for the s1res tool for editing it.

I will find out more for you though.

Hey folks... any news about extracting the 9.0.48 flash from the s1 players ?

Yea thats the same thing that I'm woundering. When can we get a new tool to extract it and edit it to look alot better?

acu, If you have 9.0.48 do not do anything to it. If you kill it you may not get it going again.

I have a player , called sony S 965 , with 2.0 inches lcd, but I can't use the s1fw to extract it, can any one help me!!!!, I can't up load picture to this site!!!!!

hi, mine just bought mp4 player a 2gb ipod nano alike model, yesterday,

same with you the firmware version is 9.0.48

so it mean that i currently cant edit the firmware nor changing its theme?

The current theme from the manufacture is suck, i don't like it at all

skoolboy, If your player came with a copy of the firmware on the Mini CD then you may be able to edit that but you can not extract the firmware from your player to edit it.

I have a nano clone 2gb. firmware is 9.0.50

I cant seem to backup my firmware and also no way to upgrade it. If i can somehow get a copy extracted, cant i just edit that and use upgrade tool?

But the issue is that even the upgrade function doesnt seem to work.

junooni, There are no tools yet to backup\extract 9.0.48 or 9.0.50 firmware.

YOU CAN EDIT THE THEME ON 9.0.48. Just read my thread, it explains how.
