Hello,

I have made a backup of my firmware.

And now when a try to access to directory on my player with windows explorer, I got two error messages : "Insert a disk on drive G:" and "G:\Movies is not accessible. incorect parametre"

If I try to play video on the mp4, I've got the "no file" message.

But I can see the directorys with windows explorer.

When I access to disk properties, I can see 1,90 Gb uses but if I want to format the disk, windows tell me that my disc is only a 967 Mb.

Thank you for help me :(

The problem can also have origin the complete filling the 2Go of space of the MP4. But I do not manage to erase any the repertories created

Jean-Eric

I think you might have a 'hacked' player in that either the seller or manufacturer hacked it so it displays a higher MB storage than what is actually in the player.

Try FORMATTING your player. You might be surprised that the memory will be 'lowered' after it. A format usually gets rid of any 'hacks' to make your player display more storage than it actually has. Also I think it will get rid of those errors for you too.
