File - AVIConverter ini file, optimised for PAL #2
Description:	This is a settings file (Converter.ini) for use in conjunctin with AVIConverter, used for converting videos for Rockchip mp4 players. This has been optimised for converting from PAL sources, giving smooth video playback with a variety of aspect ratio options. The source/destination problem has been fixed and this zip file contains an alternative version that allows 2-pass conversions for increased quality without an increase in file size (224x176 only).
