I got this player from a retailer in China (Guangzhou).
1GB version cost 40$
Its using RockChip RK2606,
1GB Samsung chip,
370mAh 3.7 Li-Ion battery.

Can play XviD AVI file:
Res. 224x176, 20FPS*
Audio codec MP2 44Khz Stereo 96Kbps*
(*haven't test higher than this, higher settings might work.)

Audo Tested:
MP3 and WMA CBR and VBR works.
playing VBR WMA slows down the player, but still play the audio smoothly.
