ive also got one of the mp4 2gb from ebay and the screen has went white and i cant do anything else the version is 9.1.52 firmware and i have downloaded the thing where it says to select new firmware to update it to try and recover it but i dont have a clue on how to download the right version. I had download the wrong version i guess and that caused my screen to go blank. Can someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but it only lets me download 118 songs and play them. I can download video in any format I want and it stores it like a flash drive which I can play back on my computer, but always tells me the disk is empty when I ask it to play the video through the player.

I can only use half the rated 1 gig capacity of the disk for storage regardless of the type of data.

Can I do anything to fix this, or do I have glorified half gig mp3player/flash disk?

i kinda want an upgrade for this cuz my player makes the pics in it so crappy and i kinda want to know why when sometimes there is no more electricity in it(just a bit enough to start it then turns off instantly) it always needs to be formatted then all my songs(all of them are hard to find so i kinda want a solution as quick as possible cuz i aint gonna get the data at some point anymore) and pics has to be deleted so i kinda am getting frustrated with this
